Hypnotherapy Client Information and Policies

This page brings together practical information to support our work together. It explains what you can expect when working with Calming Path Therapy and the arrangements that help create a safe, respectful, and supportive experience. It is intended to provide clarity and help you feel informed from the beginning.

Confidentiality

Privacy and Safeguarding

Trust is an important part of our work together. What you choose to share will be treated with care, respect, and confidentiality. The boundaries of confidentiality will be explained clearly at the beginning so you understand how your privacy and well-being are protected.

Attendance

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand that life does not always go according to plan, and there may be times when you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment. At least 48 hours’ notice is required so that I can manage the reserved appointment time appropriately.

SAFE PARTICIPATION

Session readiness and conduct

Please arrive on time, appropriately dressed and ready to take part in your session. I ask that we communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries throughout our work together. Whether we meet online, in person, or through an agreed home visit, the session should take place in a safe, private, and suitable environment.

FEES

Fees & Payment

Fees and payment information are clearly displayed on both the Services & Fees and the Plans and Pricing pages, allowing you to review the available options and consider which feels most suitable for you. Once we have agreed on a suitable date, time, and appointment format, full payment is required to secure your booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once payment has been received.

DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Your personal information

I take care to handle your personal information securely and in accordance with UK data protection law. The Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is needed, how it is protected, when it may need to be shared, and how long it is retained.
