Our first appointment provides a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore what has brought you to hypnotherapy and what you would like support with. You will have time to ask questions, understand how we might work together and consider an approach shaped around your individual needs. Where appropriate and agreed together, the appointment may also include hypnotherapy.
