PERSON-CENTRED HYPNOTHERAPY:

EVENINGS, SATURDAYS, AND CONCESSIONARY APPOINTMENTS

A limited number of evening appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with sessions normally finishing by 9:30 pm. The usual online or in-person fee applies, with no additional weekday-evening supplement.

Saturday appointments are available between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. A £25 weekend supplement applies to appointments lasting up to 90 minutes. A £50 supplement applies to smoking-cessation appointments and other appointments lasting longer than 90 minutes.

 

A £25 supplement also applies to each package session arranged on a Saturday.

A small number of concessionary appointments may be available for clients experiencing financial difficulty. Please get in touch if you would like to ask about availability.

Cancellation Policy
 

Statutory Cancellation (14 days): You can cancel within 14 days of booking if the contract was made online, by phone, or off‑premises.
To cancel, email duane@calmingpaththerapy.co.uk.

If you request an appointment within the 14 days, you may need to pay for any part of the service already provided.
If the service is fully completed during this period at your request, you may lose the right to cancel.

Appointment Changes (Non‑statutory): Please give 48+ hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. With enough notice, payments can be refunded or moved to a new appointment.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or missed appointments may be charged up to the full fee if the slot cannot be filled.

Exceptional circumstances will be considered compassionately.
Cancellation by Calming Path Therapy: If your therapist must cancel, you’ll receive as much notice as possible.
You can transfer your payment or receive a refund for any service not provided.

No responsibility is taken for additional losses beyond the appointment fee when cancellations are due to circumstances outside reasonable control.
